Mwangaza Cultural group is a purely performing cultural group formed in Mainland Tanzania for Cultural music and dance entertainment in Tanzania
The idea to form this group was brought up by Jacob Aswile who introduced it to other members for formal and legal formation of the group. Well the members supported the idea and agreed to form Mwangaza Cultural Group to be the group of Cultural music and dance entertainment in Tanzana.
Early in july 2023 the registration process were started, however the processes was not successful since some of our members were engaged in other special assignments which give them lesser time to participate to the group activities, then we decided to stop until the members get emple time for the Group. Due to Vission, Mission and objectives we had, it was quiet difficult to bring in new members who will also need to agree and learn deeply. Eventually now all members are available and ready to accomplished the mission of Mwangaza Cultural Group (MCG) and eventually was registered early last year with registration number BST-9684-2024-838 by National Arts Council under the ministry of culture and sports
